Putin has warned that NATO will be "at war" with Moscow if Ukraine fires long-range missiles at Russia.

Defence and Security Analyst Prof Michael Clarke gives his reaction to Putin's latest warning and says this war has "escalation built into it" and that we need to be careful as the Rusian president cannot go backwards.
