40 thousand jobs. That’s how many jobs Dubai is looking to create in the next 5 years for metaverse related work. Isn’t that crazy? A couple of years ago, these jobs didn’t even exist, at the time this video was uploaded at least. We will probably see an exponential growth in virtual jobs over the coming years and Dubai seems to go all-in on the digital economy. It is dubbed the, Dubai Metaverse Strategy, and is set to make Dubai a leading player in this field.

Francisco Gimeno - BC Analyst Dubai is considered a mirage by many. A city surrounded by desert and ocean which came from nothing and one day can return to nothing unless they are always in the forefront of richness and tech development. The Pandemic already hit this place. Not astonishing that they are now showing their interest for the Metaverse industry (Dubai Metaverse Strategy) which should bring thousands of employment, and it would make Dubai a cradle and the centre point for everything Metaverse, which in short is practically everything digital. They have the capacity to use huge amounts of money to do this, knowing that it is a middle or long term project before it gets all profit. However, we are sure in the way the tech development, the innovation, the disruption will be worthy enough to make of Dubai the all digital hub.
